2011 Gregg County Fair Press Release

The 62nd Annual Longview Jaycees Gregg County Fair and Expo will be held September 9th through 17th, 2011. For the past 61 years, the Gregg County Fair has been sponsored by the Longview Jaycees and is conducted by Billy G. Clay, Fair Manager.

We are proud to have Dr. Pepper as the official drink of the Gregg County Fair.

Fair Gate Admission is $5.00. Children 6 and under are FREE. Senior Adults and Military and their family will be admitted FREE each day. Armbands or coupons will be available. See schedule for operation hours, promotions and daily prices.

Visit out many outside vendors for food, t-shirts, and novelties. Inside the exhibit building find jewerly, candles, Watkins products, Avon, Scentsy products, home grown Honey and much more.

Free nighyly entertainment: Show - Me Swine Racers, Show - Me Safari Petting Zoo compliments of Dr. Pepper, Eugene Wilkes Magic Show, local bands and tae kwon do demonstrations.

Century 21 Carnival will present the midway, and wil include some of the most popular carnival rides such as the Big Wheel, Orbiter, Crazy Dance, Kamikaze, and a large variety of carnival games to test your skills. Height restrictions will be placed on all rides and attractions.
